Happiness Challenge

A small thing to do every morning, get into the routine of saying Thank You Thank You Thank You, right after waking up.  You can say it in your mind if you can’t say it out loud.  LOL maybe you don’t want to wake someone up, or sound like a weirdo.  But even just as a whisper in your mind, you acknowledge that you are grateful for one more day.  Starting your day in Gratitude will set you up to be calm and ready for what the day may bring.  A simple Thank you is all it takes.

When your focus is on Gratitude, there is no room for Lack.
